We had dinner tonight at Lemongrass, an Asian Fusion restaurant in Houston. The owner of the place is Thai. The food, a combination of Asian and local ingredients that are prepared in unusual manners, was really delicious. One of the dishes came in what looked like a paper sack that the waiter cut open before he served the plate. Each of us had a different dish: Wok-seared pork tenderloin with a pineapple sauce; corriander crusted rack of lamb; seared scallops with grilled shrimp; and red snapper a la Bangkok, the dish that came in the paper sack
