Markets in Luang Prabang (22 images)
Our hotel was across the street from the market, and what a market it was. During the daytime it was a fruit and vegetable market and there were textiles and handicrafts for sale. At dusk a food court was set up, and various vendors set out blankets on the ground with candles to light their merchandise. Many of the nighttime sellers were children.
