One of my favorite Houston restaurants is Larry's Barbecue Buffet. You can have all the food you want for $7.99, and only $5.99 if you are older than 50. We have dinner there every Wednesday. Today, since I had my digitial camera in my purse, I thought I would take some photos. We went early today so there were very few people. The crowds would be starting about thirty minutes later. While we were eating, the kitchen employees were getting the buffet all nice and pretty in preparation for the busy time. They serve any kind of barbecued meat you can imagine. You have your choice of turkey, chicken, beef, pork, chopped beef, chicken wings, hamburger, sausage, sausage balls and pork or beef ribs.
They also serve various vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes, macaroni, etc. Their salad bar is huge, and they have a nice dessert bar plus ice cream.
The biggest problem at this restaurant is deciding which foods you want to have since there are so many you can't possibly try them all.
