Old Town Vilnius(38 images)
Vilnius is a UNESCO World Heritage City, and as such it is not allowed to change the facades of its the buildings in the old part of the city. We loved walking around the old part, and we found that the outdoor markets were very interesting with prices that were the most reasonable of the entire trip. Amber is their number one product, and although it isn't as cheap as it used to be in Poland, the prices were more in line with what we are used to in the United States while the selection is so vast and varied. We also saw a lady with a huge ring, and Carlos asked me to take a surreptitious photo of her with the ring.
