We spent some time walking around the city. First we visited the Clock Tower and were disappointed by the fact that it was covered with grafiti promising that Argentina would return to the Falkland Islands. I asked a man passing by if they ever painted over the words written on the building. His said that the city would paint over the words and then the next day they would be repainted. The Train Station was an old and beautiful building, and we enjoyed playing around with a statue we found there. Foone got a kick out of a cat just sitting on top of a stack of magazines at the newspaper kiosk. As we headed away from that area, we noticed a church that was nestled in very closely to the buildings that surrounded it. After a quick stop at a souvenir store. we noticed a couple dancing the tango in a park, so we stopped to enjoy the show. They were much better than the couple we saw yesterday.
